Elk Ridge has designed another great looking and useful knife. Overall the length for this knife is 7.75″. The blade is 3.25″ 3MM stainless steel with a satin finished gut hook with a cut out Elk logo. Along with a leather sheath, the handle is a black pakkawood with an aluminum bolster.
